ELA Resources for February
In my Valentine’s Day Reading, you will find five Valentine’s Day stories with two comprehension activities for each. One of the comprehension papers deals with answering questions about the text. And, the other paper deals with writing a response based on the passage.

This paired passage product comes with five paired sets, which is ten passages. Each set comes with a nonfiction story and a fiction story, plus questions and comprehension work for both. There are also two sheets that work on comparing the fiction and nonfiction stories. The topics are Groundhog Day, Valentine’s Day, George Washington, The Super Bowl, and Dental Health.

My Valentines Day coloring sheets help early learners practice their sight word and number recognition. The sheets alternate between sight word coloring and teen number recognition. Each image has a Valentine’s Day theme.

Social Studies Resources for February
This Strong Black Leaders bundle includes six of my biography sets. While it’s important to always be teaching about Black figures, it’s important to highlight them during Black History Month as well. If you own the Biography bundle, they are all included in that bundle and you won’t need this one. This mini bundle includes six famous Black figures.

Within the pack, they will read about Abraham Lincoln, research him, and write about him. Also, they’ll create a flip book about him, and sort meaningful parts of this famous president’s life.

George Washington was an influential man who was America’s first president and fought for American freedom. This biography pack covers important facts about George Washington’s life for students to learn.
Within the pack, they will read about George Washington, research him, and write about him. Plus, they’ll create a flip book about him, and sort decisive parts of this famous president’s life.
