S, L, R Blends Flip Books
This flip book pack comes with 3 flip books with pages all about the beginning blends. Spelling, writing, cutting, coloring, and reading are just a few of the fun blends activities that students will do with these flip books. There are 4 interactive pages to each book.
*There is now a digital component included in this resource. The digital flip book is now available in Google Slides format. The link to the Google Classroom document will be within the PDF download.*
There is one book on L blends, one book on R blends, and one book on S blends.
-First page- Let’s Write:
Students will look at the beginning blends pictures and determine how to spell them in the letter boxes.
-Second page- Let’s Sort:
Students will identify at a group of blend pictures, then cut and glue them into the correct columns.
-Third page- Let’s Read:
Students will read sentences with beginning blends words within them, then find the picture that matches the sentence. This helps with blend decoding, plus comprehension.
-Fourth page- Let’s Build
Students will cut and glue letters for each beginning blend picture that is shown, then practice their neatest handwriting while rewriting the words they just spelled.
And finally to make things even more fun, there are fun toppers to add to your books. They are the optional page topper that will make your beginning blend books fun to put in the hallway or on a bulletin board!
