This Kindergarten ELA resource is a unit to teach the standard RF.K.1.d Letter Recognition, which is all about teaching a kindergarten student uppercase and lowercase letter recognition. **This unit is different from the other RF units within the domain. Instead of a week-long lesson plan, it comes with four activities for each letter. These can be plugged into how you teach your own letter recognition activities. Then, there are worksheets for each specific letter to practice, plus three review centers to help wrap up letter recognition.
This unit would go hand in hand with the RF.K.3.a Letter Sounds unit.
